1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of TrekVerse, including current and future versions made available by Mastrolonardo Games, except where additional platform-specific terms apply.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TrekVerse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TrekVerse.

3. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Mastrolonardo Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use TrekVerse for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
No ownership rights in TrekVerse are transferred to you.
4. Eligibility and Intended Audience
TrekVerse is intended for users in the applicable target audience categories declared for the game.
If you are under the age required under applicable law to enter into binding terms, you should use TrekVerse only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
5. Use of TrekVerse
You agree to use TrekVerse only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
You agree not to:
- use TrekVerse for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
- cheat, exploit, manipulate, or abuse gameplay systems, rewards, ads, progression, or technical systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, services, code, or data related to TrekVerse;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, derive source code from, or create derivative works from TrekVerse, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of TrekVerse;
- use automated means, bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools in connection with TrekVerse where not expressly permitted.
6. Intellectual Property
TrekVerse and all related content, including code, gameplay systems, audiovisual content, design, branding, graphics, logos, text, music, sounds, features, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Mastrolonardo Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Ads and Reward Features
TrekVerse may include ads, including rewarded ads, rewarded interstitial ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, or similar ad formats, depending on the version, platform, availability, and implementation.
Some optional rewards, continues, boosts, currencies, or progression benefits may depend on the availability, delivery, completion, or validation of ads.
Mastrolonardo Games does not guarantee that any specific ad will always be available or that ad-based rewards will always be obtainable.
8. Virtual Content
TrekVerse may include virtual currencies, virtual items, unlockable content, rewards, progression features, or similar digital game elements.
Such virtual content has no cash value, no ownership rights outside the game, and no guaranteed continued availability.
Mastrolonardo Games may modify, rebalance, remove, or discontinue virtual content, rewards, or progression systems at any time.
9. Future Features
Future versions of TrekVerse may introduce additional features, including online functions, cloud save systems, in-app purchases, expanded ad systems, platform-specific features, or new content systems.
If additional features are introduced, supplementary disclosures, store terms, or updated policies may apply.
10. No User Account Requirement
TrekVerse does not currently require users to create an account or sign in to play.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that account-based or cloud-based features will be made available in the future.
11. Availability and Updates
TrekVerse may be updated, patched, modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
Mastrolonardo Games does not guarantee that TrekVerse, or any part of it, will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all devices, or supported indefinitely.
Some features may depend on internet access, third-party service availability, platform availability, or device compatibility.
12. Privacy
Use of TrekVerse is also governed by the TrekVerse Privacy Policy, which explains how data may be collected, used, shared, and protected in connection with the game.
13. Third-Party Services
TrekVerse may rely on third-party services, SDKs, ad networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, platform services, or similar technologies.
Mastrolonardo Games is not responsible for the independent terms, policies, or practices of third-party providers.
14. In-App Notices
TrekVerse may display in-app notices regarding updates, new versions, policy changes, terms changes, technical notices, or service-related information.
TrekVerse does not currently guarantee the use of external push notifications for such notices.
15. Disclaimer
TrekVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mastrolonardo Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of availability, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mastrolonardo Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or similar damages arising out of or relating to TrekVerse or its use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
17. Termination and Suspension
Mastrolonardo Games may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to TrekVerse, or to certain features, where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, operational, or anti-abuse reasons.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, technical, product, or operational changes.
The version published at the official terms URL is the current version.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of TrekVerse, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of the user’s country of residence.
